I have enjoyed the size of the property and the responsiveness of the maintenance department.
We just moved into The Villas at Parkside from Memphis, and the entire process was super easy! The staff was helpful and welcoming, and we instantly felt at home. We absolutely love our new apartment—it’s beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our dogs. The area has everything we need, and we’re so excited to start this new chapter and make great memories here!

Bad place to live
My husband and I walked in to check if they accepted walk-ins or if appointments were required. The two leasing agents hesitated, going back and forth on who would assist us, making us feel completely unwelcome. In the background, we could hear two women laughing, clearly disinterested in their work. The customer service was awful. To make matters worse, the unit we toured was outdated.
