So i’ve lived here since september of ‘24 and would just like to say DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WORK/SLEEP NORMAL HOURS. YOU WILL NOT GET ENOUGH SLEEP. IF YOUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS SUCK, THE OFFICE WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU MUCH LESS RECTIFY THE SITUATION. I’ve been living here for 6 months so far and I feel that for the price compared to other places around here, I’m very happy with my choice. Are there some pest control issues? Yes. We set traps. Can we hear the upstairs neighbors constantly? Yes. That’s apartment living. The key is having realistic expectations knowing this place is more budget friendly. Haven’t had any unreasonable issues in my opinion.
Property SUCKSSSS ! I’ve emailed Shaneen Soto-Rojas several times regarding transferring since NOVEMBER due to loud noise ! She has yet to do anything & ignores emails ! Never answers the phone in the office & never returns calls ! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNPROFESSIONAL! Told me to call Palm Bay police and they will follow up ! I’ve called never got a follow up ! Been living here for 3 months. Ac has never worked. Can’t ever get a straight answer from property management. Apartment smells like marijuana all the time from neighbors smoking, I have a child here and property management does NOTHING. Dogs are always off leash and no one picks up after them. Witnessed a girl get bit in the face buy a dog… of course nothing has changed… It’s a complete shit show everyday. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. Obviously we are already looking to move.
