Only thing they can do on time is take rent money. During move in they took our application fee and we heard nothing, four days before our move in date I have to go in person to get an answer. They tell me they have nothing I start having an anxiety attack and they get in my face to how its not there fault no apology. Move in the apartment was not ready appliances were not hooked up and it was INFESTED. We had horrible cockroaches, roommate had a CPAP and they were in his medical equipment. Be aware if I could leave ZERO STARS, I would! If an apartment complex is offering 2 months free on rent then take that as a big red flag and walk away. We were evicted and HAPPY, yes very HAPPY that we were because this place is an absolute dump. They allow homeless people to live in the woods surrounding the apartments, who then lurk around at night looking into people’s cars. Cops are in the neighborhood daily. I had applied a couple months back and the next day cancelled the application because i changed my mind. I had payed the application fee and since i had cancelled less than 24 hours after i applied the where supposed to send me the money back but never did. Its been 2 months and i have called email and messaged this people and the will not send me the refund. The just say they will let the leasing office know but no kne ever reach out or sent me my money back. Their phone number never work or they just dont pick up. I think ... read more

Place is a dump land lords don’t keep up on the maintenance and charges tenants to live I. A roach infested dump had a leak from bathroom ceiling with in the first month of living here cut a hole I. Ceiling and said I can’t use it .. well it’s been a whole year of paying expensive ass rent and it still hasn’t been fixed ac don’t work for shot .
