Well kept property and welcoming staff
Please run I got bit by a pit bull dog by one of there tenants and they were supposed to get the dog checked out before moving the dog on the property. Now my apartment was ok and the pictures they have are totally different. My a/c and fridge wasn’t working since I moved in it took them 2 months to look at it. Edit: to the auto reply from the owner: you were copied on the email. Edit: I have sent an email to the email address in the auto reply that management leaves as responses. Nothing changes. There is no response. My washer and dryer did not work from the day I moved in in February. It took 4 months to get a working washer. They brought me a dryer from an empty unit that worked for a month. I submitted another ticket and it's been 3 weeks. I eventually got a response on 8/15 that the dryer was going to be delivered on 8/18. I ... read more
Always a AC problem and every time we submit a request to fix it they only fix it temporarily then the next months it’s broken again
