I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this community. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and a great place to call home. Moved out 7 months ago. Just received a bill of almost 2k for paint, one set of blinds and deep cleaning AND my security deposit was kept! We left home clean. Walls needed repainting from toddlers. Nothing beyond standerd maintenance walls and cleaning other than one set of blinds breaking from my toddlers. A plastic fixture. They must be desperate for money!!!!! Rent is mortgage here. Villas at Oak Bend was such a safe space for me and my family🩷. Garage, to load children in car, in extreme weather or just storage for your extra things. Nice gated back yard with living room window facing out so we could watch our children play through the windows in the spacious gated back yard. Our neighbor's home behind us was valued at 600k.
