The neighbor is nice, sometimes gets a little loud. Maintenance takes a little bit of time. The worst part is ever since the office went virtual we can’t get in contact with anyone from leasing about issues. We’ve called called, email and text and still don’t hear responses for weeks.
As a resident here it's very difficult to contact the office since they are no longer on site. The staff has poor communication, lots of trash in the community and poor lawn service which tenets are charged monthly for. The street lights are out by the mailboxes which makes it difficult to see. On the plus side the residents are majority quiet and do not disturb others.
