We just got here at 9 pm and when ready to go to bed there is a mouse !! That’s disgusting!! I called customer service and they decided to change me to another apartment. Please note that their office is closed at 6 pm so the only help you get is by phone. If you have other issues you are on your own. The guy that called to change the room was not very apologetic and said oh well you are in their home and there are also coyotes that can be in front of your door! The floors were creaking with every step we took. There are no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage, you need to carry those up steps if your room requires steps to get to. Walking paths aren’t very clear. Rooms walls are so thin. We could hear our neighbors. The room code sometimes takes several tries to enter to finally enter the room. Only thing we liked is that it is a short 5 minute walk to the Northstar village.
