We pay over 1600 a month for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment. The play ground was a great idea but parents don't supervise their kids meaning the kids don't confine to the park. This evening at 7 pm I decided to take a nap I just woke up in a panic attack when a group of children ran screaming under my window. This can last up to 11 pm That nice fitness studio is about 7 pieces of equipment. The picnic area is always over run with screaming kids The pool is nice but not worth 1600 a month. The place smells like marihuana frequently, people smoke inside their apartments despite the fact that it is forbidden and management doesn’t do anything, they maybe will send a warning email but that’s it, no real actions taken.
RENT ELSEWHERE! People smoke on their apartments and management doesn’t do anything despite the complaints and the fact that according to this place’s rules it is forbidden , I reported these incidents multiple times over months because sometimes I have this problem daily, but the problem persists. I will attach a photo of my air filter on my kitchen, I’m forced to live like this because the actions of some and the inaction of others. Rent elsewhere
