This is going to be a saga but here we go. We have been here two months. From literally day one we have had non stop issues. Attached are the photos of the "ready to move in" apartment that we walked into. Toilets with broken sanitation seals, with waste and mold in the toilets. dog pee ruined baseboards and pet hair PLASTERED INTO THEM. I absolutely love this place. Ever since me and my family have moved in. We have had nothing but amazing experiences with the office staff management as well as the maintenance man. Every time we had a issue with the apartment, all we did was make a phone call or put it in a workorder through the app and it was done either the same day or the very next day. I highly recommend this place that has animals. They're very pet friendly as well as children. We have a awesome playground. Children play all day long with no incident. ... read more
Had a great experience with bri, she is very informative and helpful and super nice, she manage to get us the apartment we want, she is the go to for your search in a unit. Updates: manager and her staff are absolutely nice and helpful friendly, but these apartments have gone down hill we been living here for 2 years and my truck got broken into I understand they don’t have control over it , you see vagrants walking around inside the apartment and on the other side of the wall and they take too long to fix things, we put in ... read more
