A clean, modern and pleasant location, with attentive management and maintenance crew.
My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and a half. Since the new manager Ian and the new maintenance man Matt have been here we have been very happy with the response to our needs, wants and personal issues. We are also very happy with all our present neighbors. It is a very pleasant environment to live in.
I have been on the waiting list for over a year. I called and went I person to check the status. I was told their is no waiting list and I I should stay by my phone a d wait for a call and that they do not leave messages. Sounds outrageous. My whole family lives in fountain and I can't afford other places to live and do not drive at night. I would also like to mention I leave messages and never receive a response back. I am 68 yrs young and can no longer live with my family due to personal resons..
My grandma has been on a waitlist for around a year and had an appointment today 4/24/23 to bring her deposit. And when she called to talk to them she was made aware that they had given the apartment to someone else that just walked in. What’s the point of a waitlist if you do not honor it. Terrible management.
