My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and a half. Since the new manager Ian and the new maintenance man Matt have been here we have been very happy with the response to our needs, wants and personal issues. We are also very happy with all our present neighbors. It is a very pleasant environment to live in.
I have been on the waiting list for over a year. I called and went I person to check the status. I was told their is no waiting list and I I should stay by my phone a d wait for a call and that they do not leave messages. Sounds outrageous. My whole family lives in fountain and I can't afford other places to live and do not drive at night. I would also like to mention I leave messages and never receive a response back. I am 68 yrs young and can no longer live with my family due to personal resons..
My grandma has been on a waitlist for around a year and had an appointment today 4/24/23 to bring her deposit. And when she called to talk to them she was made aware that they had given the apartment to someone else that just walked in. What’s the point of a waitlist if you do not honor it. Terrible management.
Was here doing some maintenance and had the pleasure to be assisted by Sky. She was a joy. Very polite and friendly. From the short time I talked with her I could tell she loves her job and the people/residents there. She was very diligent and organized. I can tell you, what ever compensation she's receiving it isn't enough!! Keep her!
My mother is moving into these apartments once they have opened. We are very excited to have her in a new place that she can afford and close to us. Leah the new manager has been so helpful and goes above and beyond to help and answer all our questions, my mother gets nervous and forgetful. Leah is truly a blessing, we are truly thankful for this place for my mother.. It’s about time there is something affordable for seniors in this area that isn’t run down.
