Management at this place is a joke, they are not concern nor does he have any empathy concerning grievanes express unless they come from a certain group of residences. Management is ruled and use vulgar lanuage and displays biopolar behavior. They cater to a specific group & that specific group thinks they own and run the place. I live there for a short time, they are suppouse to HUD income sliding scale but every year they go up on the rent just because we elderly gets an increase every year not taking into consideration th... read more
A clean, modern and pleasant location, with attentive management and maintenance crew.
My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and a half. Since the new manager Ian and the new maintenance man Matt have been here we have been very happy with the response to our needs, wants and personal issues. We are also very happy with all our present neighbors. It is a very pleasant environment to live in.
