Mom is currently there She tells me that they treat her okay BUT THERE NOT NICE TO FAMILY MEMBERS LIKE WHY WORK IF YOU GONNA HAVE DAMN ATTITUDE DF? I also don’t like is the lack of communication they need to work at better answering their damn phones when people have questions like there’s NO WAY I’ve been calling since 6 am it’s literally 5:44pm like bro what ?!
I’ve been an Entertainer at Lakeside Oaks for over 10 years and it’s always a pleasure to be part of a great facility. It starts with one of the very best Administrators ,Nicole McCarthy , I’ve ever worked with down to the Nursing staff, Dietary and Maintenance staff they all make a difference for the residents. The Activities department, headed by Shaunette Dozier and assisted by Lucy has always helped me provide the best entertainment for the residents. It’s like going to Grandma and grandpa’s house every week!
