They have walked behind my building for not reason to make us take down a mosquito net. It’s behind the building facing a forest. Lots of bugs and wildlife. I have been approached while in my back yard 5 times by strangers wanted my to look etc. can’t have a conversation because they don’t pick up the phone or call back. Worst experience ever I only because of the hoa. It’s funny they can’t answer the phone ever but have pple to alienate their owners etc. they pick who they apply rules too.
