Extremely disappointed in PULTE taking their time to at least close the gates at night. Can understand if they would like to leave them open during the day for construction workers, but they need to be closed at night we’ve had home owner cars getting broken in to. Most recently, our mailboxes have been broken into at night time and now it’s a huge inconvenience to go down to the post office and pick up our mail and packages every day. Overall experience was great. Our home was a quick move in and was ready to move in. The only problem I had was that my purchase price included upgraded sinks, and they are not upgraded. When I went over the forms an realized this, and brought it to their attention, they blamed it on me (the buyer) for not mentioning it sooner since I visited the home an excessive amount of times.
