Simply the Worse Unbelievable. This has been the worse experience of my life. The apt I moved into was bug infested and I ended up having to take them to small claims court to recover my expenses for medical, pest control, new bedding, etc. The management is so unprofessional that breaking and entering my premises without permission was considered the norm.. - I have enough pictures of insects (big and small) to fill a scrapbook. You're complaining about airplane noise? SERIOUSLY!? I LOVE the complaints about the airplanes! If you are visiting these apartments you SHOULD notice that on the opposite side of FM1960 is Bush-Intercontental Airport. Yes, one of the runway's landing path is directly over this apartment complex. If you have done your research, you know this before you move in. Nice place to live! The noise from the airplanes is not that bad. The windows/walls are well insulated. My husband and I have lived here for over a year and are planning to renew another lease. They are under new management and are doing a great job. The only complaint I have is that sometimes there is not enough parking.
AIRPORT NOISE Airplanes start flying overhead at 5:30am! This goes on all day. Very noisy. Took my son 3 months to get his deposit back when they said he would get it in 4 weeks. They were very rude and made numerous excuses when he would call about it.
