Could do with a refurbishment in places but overall good staff and location
Had a couple of small issues that were addressed and resolved immediately. Maintenance is on-point, very polite, helpful & personable. We were also accommodated with an all 1 floor unit due to our knee and hip issues. Very fortunate and thankful for that! Perfect place, Hot tub almost as big as a pool, 2 pools, and a splash area. We cooked on the grill. Anything we needed, they provided. What a great place!
Let me preface this review by first saying that customer service was top notch. I loved the amenities. And the room overall was very nice however the beds were hard as a rock. I might as well had been sleeping on concrete! Management should really consider upgrading the mattresses or at least put a memory foam topper on them. I am literally in so much pain in my hips from sleeping on that bed for the last 2 days. That really dropped my rating for this review. I couldn’t wait to checkout and get back to my bed.
