They will leave damage they are suppose to fix rotting all year long, blame the old administration, you could go to the office 9 times out of ten they are closed. and when you see them they will ask you to send an email and when you got back for any updates they will just keep asking for you to send an email. Not sure what type of board these folks are running here. It needs some major attention. This management is absolutely awful, the office is never open , they have an out of office sign on the door every single day, worthless. The gates work half the year, and every time they fix them they charge the whole neighborhood $150 for a new fob or gate code to even get in your own neighborhood. If I could give a 0 rating, I would do it. This community may be good for the renters, but it is horrible for the owners. Potential buyers BEWARE of buying a property at this place. When you go through the left gate the three last buildings on the left side have been under a COMPLETE renovation for a long time. Why do buildings that were built in 2001 (only 20 years old), need a complete overhaul?
