My husband and I toured Carrington Square with Allie and had an amazing experience. We actually canceled the rest of our tours that day because we knew this was the place. Allie was warm, knowledgeable, transparent, and patient with all of our questions. You can tell she truly cares about the community and the people she meets. I have lived her two years and have loved every minute. MARIA is an absolute gem. She goes out of her way to ensure that everything is great! I feel like I am a part of a big family here and love my neighbors! Maintenance is quick and efficient. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the area is quiet and peaceful. I moved in to Villas at Carrington Square about 7 months ago. Maria, in the office, was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in to get information, to the touring of the complex, to finding the right home for me, staying in contact throughout the entire process, and the signing of the lease, she did a wonderful job. I been living here for over 5 years now, and so far my experience is great. It feels like home. Whenever had any maintenance issue staff is always there to help. Maria and her co-workers were always there to help out on any urgent issues. Also, they used to check-in with me if the issue has been resolved and deal with me patiently all the time.
