Staff can be wonderful. The worst are in charge. Managers only make changes when forced. A warm body being in the building is all they need. Management don’t care if it’s only one person to care for 50 people as long as it’s not them doing it. The same carpet been there since it opened. Filthy and won’t spend a dime to change it. Not even writing the worse of what’s happened there. If you think of the worst it probably has. Good workers try but won’t be better until new people run it.

Great experience overall! The residents and staff were very nice and allowed for the experience to be very comforting!
My mother has been a resident for more than 10 years, and I’m grateful to know that she is in good hands. Katie and Amanda have been at the Villas for more than 20 years collectively, and their experience, dedication, and genuine care for the residents really stand out. I’ve been very impressed with this independent living facility. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel comfortable and inviting. The common areas are clean and thoughtfully designed, and there is a great sense of pride in keeping the community looking its best. What really stands out, though, is the staff.
