I don't like doing this this way but I am unable to reach Dr. Nicolas Villanustre via phone due to there staffing. They admitted making a mistake on the billing and forcing me to pay them around $300.00-$360.00 July 1st of 2026. They entered the insurance incorrectly. I tried taking to the management but keep getting transferred to billing. I ask to talk to Villanustre and they transfer me to billing and they won't transfer nor leave him a message. Looks like I need to find another place for eye surgery.
