Great Doctor and Great staff! Very pleased with the outcome of my procedure!!!
You waited several months to ask me about my experience with doctor V.? Well, there was no experience. The doctor looked at me for 10 seconds, then told me flat out that he would not do the operation. He seemed brusque and dismissive. That was surprising since two other doctors, including one from Saint Luke's, had assured me that this could help my vision. Then it was Goodbye and out the door …no explanations or reasons were given. Hardly a satisfactory outcome to an office visit that was basically a waste of time.
I was referred to St. Luke’s by my optometrist to have a concerning spot on my lower right eyelid evaluated by an oculoplastics specialist, Dr. Villanustre. Unfortunately, I had not one, but two extremely disappointing experiences with Dr. Villanustre. First Appointment – 7/29 at 9:00 AM I arrived early and was brought back to the exam room, where I waited over 45 minutes with no communication. The office staff at Reflections at St. Luke’s was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Although the doctor was fantastic! (professional, attentive, and skilled) It was the office staff that truly made my visit enjoyable. I’m very happy with my procedure and thrilled with the results. Thank you!!
