Very professional
A terrible experience. They used my personal information to open a USCIS account without my authorization. I already had an active USCIS account, and I informed the woman, but they didn't give me the correct password for the new email they created, and I was never able to log in to USCIS with that email. I was never able to recover that email, and they didn't even provide my phone number so I could close the account. And the worst part is, they have all my information. This is unacceptable customer service.
