Don’t bother!!!! I hate to say this without even seeing the doctor, but this was one of the worst experiences ever. I made an appointment for my 88 year old mother 2 months ago for further evaluation after possible stroke. Appointment day finally came and the office had no record of her appointment. Without a doubt the worst receptionist ever! Incompetent, rude, and unhelpful all rolled into one. Dr. Villanueva is hands down the best doctor that I have ever had. He has proper bedside manners and is very knowledgeable in the field of medicine. I convinced my mother to switch doctors and to start seeing Dr. Villanueva as well. She is very pleased and feels good about the switch! Dr. Villanueva has received accolades among his peers as well in the Best Doctor Magazine and I am very grateful that I found him!

Yes, nice guy and nice bedside manner, but as an effectie Dr? No. You will not be able to get in touch with his office to make an appointment, check labs, speak to billing or, reach the office manager. Furthermore, Dr. Villanueva will leave your script in his 'box' for a week before having to be reminded he needs to fill a script, while your body gets sore to the touch with a UTI, and speech and mental accuity is affected. Do not leave him in charge of the care of your loved one.

I started seeing Dr. Randy over a year ago and at first it was amazing, he always listened to me, he took the necessary time to answer and explain everything, then everything changed, there were never any appointments available and on the day of the appointments you had to wait a long time in the waiting room, and he came in very rushed and it didn't take him even 5 minutes to leave, at my last appointment he had a new nurse and she really seemed to be the doctor because he needed her approval to give me any answer, I needed... read more
