Last year Juan helped me out when I broke down, but this year when I stopped by for an oil change, no one there spoke English, and I got bitten by a dog!!
My RV was under repair for a week, the transmission was replaced. (Finding a matching transmission and delivery to the workshop). I would die of boredom in this town. Juan helped me, delivered his car to the hotel, and then gave me his car to use (he didn't rent it, he just gave it to me.) I visited nearby attractions, including Las Vegas, The week will pass like one moment. Good job, good workshop, very good people.
Juan Villanueva was a great man, he and his team workers stayed late to fixing our Mustang until 8:39pm, I( Jessie ) never seen any repairs shop stay after business closed but he did for us. Because he knew that we would like to go home. Thank you very much for taking care of your customers, I called it's exceptional customer service. Very rare to see this kind of service in our modern world. Everyone is very nice and friendly to us even most of the workers don't speak English, they're welcome us.
