Juan Villanueva was a great man, he and his team workers stayed late to fixing our Mustang until 8:39pm, I( Jessie ) never seen any repairs shop stay after business closed but he did for us. Because he knew that we would like to go home. Thank you very much for taking care of your customers, I called it's exceptional customer service. Very rare to see this kind of service in our modern world. Everyone is very nice and friendly to us even most of the workers don't speak English, they're welcome us.
I went to them right after they moved. Maybe it was the timing and they are really sweet but he ignored everything I said and did his own thing costing me a lot more money. Destroyed the new part I bought. Won't be back.
I wanted to give more stars because they're so nice. But I was there 7 hours to identify a grinding noise. I left with the same noise after they seemed to grow tired of trying to figure it out and telling me they had too much work to do to run more checks
Wonderful service, got me in right away on a Sunday and stayed a few hours after hours yo fix my alternator Thank you Juan so much!
