The trainers here are amazing — supportive, friendly, and highly skilled. They make workouts fun while pushing you to achieve your best. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, they tailor the sessions perfectly.
Brendon and his team have created a great environment for members to achieve their goals in a welcoming, friendly, but challenging space! Classes are well managed and easy to follow. I highly recommend checking out Villains!
I worked one on one with Brendon for the first couple of months building strength and confidence to be able participate in group workouts. Fast forward two more months and I am going to workouts several times a week. I love that there are all ages and body types and the goal is personal growth. I had never stepped foot in a gym before I found Villains. I was very intentional, paying close attention to the social media interactions to get a sense of the gym community because of all the horror stories you hear about! Villains is an absolute gem.
