Amazing! What a loving and caring staff! Unfortunately, I have experienced multiple facilities with my elderly father over the last 12 months and I can easily recommend the Gardens at Quail Springs as a clear 5 star facility!

I was really disappointed with my experience at The Gardens at Quail Springs Assisted Living. I had hoped for a warm, attentive environment, but the overall atmosphere felt disconnected and less supportive than I expected. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like concerns weren’t addressed promptly or clearly. As a Social Worker, I’ve never been more impressed by the attention to detail and care within a facility. I’ve made numerous trips to meet with families and patients and am more impressed with each interaction. From Jennifer’s leadership, Wendy’s amazing care and vast level of knowledge, this is the place I would recommend if you want your loved one to receive love and attention that they would in their own homes.
