My mother-in-law has been a resident at The Gardens at Quail Springs since June 2025. The weekday care is outstanding, with attentive and compassionate staff who meet residents’ needs promptly, earning a 4-star rating for those days. However, the weekend experience is deeply concerning due to insufficient staffing. I live here at “TheGardens…”. I have been here two weeks. I am supposed to be on a fat free sugar free diet, and have yet to get a meal that is designed for fat free and sugar free diets!!! I have not had anyone come in to clean or check on me. I’m supped to have several pills each day, heart meds digestive meds, allergy meds and sleep aids. I AM NOT GETTING THEM!!!
