!BEWARE! If you're looking for housing in the Phoenix area keep looking! Girlfriend signed a lease agreement clearly stating the 17th but staff claims she needs to fill out a notice to vacate although she only signed a lease for a total of 89 days. They now won't even speak to her directly, only through an attorney. She's never been late on rent or have had any complaints against her. The facility is no where near worth the headache I promise!
If you move here, the HOA changes the parking rules so frequently that you will likely have your car towed after parking it directly in front of your unit in a spot that you've used for 12 months. And they tow only after 12am, so I hope you like car alarms waking you up.
