Pretty great location and neighborhood that’s well kept up with. Your experience does depend on what part of the neighborhood you are in due to the parking situation.
TERRIBLE PARKING. LISTEN TO YOUR RESIDENTS. The HOA is an absolute joke, been here 5 years and seen 3-4 different security companies. Parking is absolutely ridiculous as you can clearly see reading the reviews and no one you ever reach out to is of any help, youre just locked in on overly priced "luxury" condos.
The most ridiculous HOA I’ve ever seen. As others have mentioned, the parking is so strict that even residents don’t want to park here. Car can be towed if it’s not moved every 2 days?? God forbid I go on vacation. My truck got towed and I’m a permit holder and resident. Not to mention I’m a veteran and had a properly displayed American flag outside but was made to take it down after 3 months as it needs HOA approval what a joke.
