The most ridiculous HOA I’ve ever seen. As others have mentioned, the parking is so strict that even residents don’t want to park here. Car can be towed if it’s not moved every 2 days?? God forbid I go on vacation. My truck got towed and I’m a permit holder and resident. Not to mention I’m a veteran and had a properly displayed American flag outside but was made to take it down after 3 months as it needs HOA approval what a joke.
I purchased my home here in October 2024. The HOA had nothing to do with the purchase process and only sent me the rulebook after I was already locked in as a homeowner. I want to share the truth about what it is like to live under this HOA so future buyers can understand the full picture.
