Still love it here, lots more community events like watching sporting events in the movie theater, family activities, trivia night and overall a wonderful place to live.
I have always felt safe living at Villaggio on Yarrow Bay. The apartment maintenance providers are punctual, efficient, professionals and experience. The amenities are unmatched, and I love that the gym is 24hrs. The staff members are kind, pleasant and responsive.
Management does not respond to resident emails, phone calls or any kind of correspondence so good luck if you have any kind of issue that needs a prompt response. The only way to get ahold them is to go to their office in person (during hours one typically works) and hope someone is actually there.
I love living here (the views and amenities are incredible), BUT they charge for everything little thing ($25 per person to put a notice on your door), make it super hard for guests to come and park, and it depends on who you get at the front office because some are nice and helpful and some are really rude.
We have been living since 3 years now and it has been a good experience apart from few incidents where in the 1st year there were lot of theft happening and the management was not doing anything, but this new management is great. the only issue right now is that the dog park which is there is not usable at all. I don't know Dog owners who use that park just don't pick up after their pet and its just disgusting to take our pet to play there. and second is that the tennis courts are never available.
