We have lived here for nine years and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Kevin, Vanessa and Cathy are the best. We like the security of a gated community; the pool and exercise facilities are pristine! The pool area overlooks a beautiful lake! The condos are well built and our neighbors have been wonderful. Access the beach is less than ten minutes away; I95 is about 10 minutes.

Property is clean and well maintained, Vanessa and Kevin do a great job of maintaining the Property. They are both a great management team!
