I've scheduled physical therapy visits for a loved one to receive treatments from Brittany. But at the scheduled times; I saw her leaving the building. She got in her car and drove off. So, my family member didn't receive therapy. There seems to be some scheduling issues.
I was at this facility for some days to shadow some nurses, I was greatly impressed by the extent of meaningful and fulfilling activities that the facility runs for the physical and mental wellness of their residents, the interconnectivity and cordiality of the different fields of caregivers to care plan the day to day concerns of the residents makes the Villages on Macarthur care center, a wonderful place. it was impressive that every concern of the resident was brought to the table for appropriate solutions.
