Nice little neighborhood. Clean streets and well kept yards and homes.
Some of the people are cool and then there are some real pieces of work... Definitely double standards here. They say "no large trailers/mobile homes/RVs and yet, there are RVs CONSTANTLY parked in front of houses. "No privacy fences" and they're everywhere. I don't really care about those things but don't say you can't have them and then ignore the rules completely.
