I pretty much agree with all the other reviews warning people against this place. They will pressure you into a crap deal where you end up paying a lot more than you think. Shady business practices and overall a dump. Once you get in and you realize that either nothing works or breaks down after the first week of being there, you'll begin looking at options of getting out. Terrible place to live – My husband and I moved in the end of august.. Since then we ve been dealing with a bug problem that they can not seem to fix. It is horrible. I have never lived with bugs until i moved in here. Company not flexible or willing to work with customers. – My lease is not up until November 29, 2009 but I made the mistake of signing a new lease earlier this week. I was told by a staff member that there is only one apt. available in my style at this time and they go quickly! When I came in to request to cancel my renewal (less than 24 hours later) I was told no, I already signed a legal and binding contact. think twice, do your research.... – i moved in january of 08. i hate it. the staff is so nice to you, to get you to sign a lease. it's all down hill from there. i have a gap around my front door that rain, worms and cold air comes in. they told me that they would have to replace the door frame and the door and they told me they will not do it. along with the $65 "water" bill a month is nuts. i could go on and on about this place. it is not worth it. you can not get out of your lease for any reason at all. they will tell you ... read more
Stay Away!!! – I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! They get you in there making false promises, then do nothing! I have a list of repairs that were supposed to be fixed that one year later still aren't! I was given duck tape to seal out the cold air on a sliding glass door that wouldn't close this past winter!
