Nice place to live, and walk the community but the Property manager is far behind matters the HOA is responsible for. I believe he's overwhelmed and gravely needs help.
Trying to sell a unit here. Left numerous messages and no return call or way to get in touch with the management. How do you sell these?
I live on niagara behind Crosley farms , I'm assuming they had people come and cut down trees behind the condos well whoever the hell it was decided to put all the cut down trees into my back yard while my dogs were outside , they also had landscaping done and they were throwing sticks and logs over the fence at my dogs , I've tried to contact the main office many times , I've left my information and I never heard back from them . Highly upset and if it happens again law enforcement will be involved!
I moved into the community within the past few months & the service from Management Plus has been great! The grounds are well kept, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, neighbors are nice & it seems like owners here are proud of their homes & typically follow the rules from what I can see. The pool area is nice & has been clean & inviting each time I have visited.
The one and only reason I would not recommend this property is because of the neighboring apartment complex Woodmere Apartments. I have lived here 3 years and have spent many many nights in tears from exhaustion because all I want to do is go to sleep and can’t because of the very loud music coming from Woodmere Apartments. I have called the police several times and have even went to Woodmere’s office to complain. I’m at my wits end!!! It’s not one particular tenant and it’s every night of the week.
