They will look over your fence so only imagine them looking into house!!! Beware!
The management company for the complex is fantastic. However, the board of directors for the HOA are absolutely horrific, petty individuals that strive to make your lives miserable and even when attending meetings to address the issues they will make up rules to enforce that are not in the rules and regulations because there are no checks and balances in place. Do not live here if you have kids or expect the adults in your house to each have a car. Be retired with no family and only one vehicle, god forbid someone visits you... read more
I had to move…moved to another HOA community…Kiln Creek HOA is, by far, a great association…worth the money…I miss Kiln Creek
Firm but fair. I believe they’re doing a great job for our neighborhood and our homes resale value.
