If you currently have, or plan to have, more than two cars, this place is definitely not the right place for you. Parking on side walk, street or near pool or mail bait area will receive $60 tickets for having more than two vehicles.unless you are lucky every time. The property does not provide enough parking space for more than two cars when this build this place!!!!. Btw HOA cares or can not do noting about this.
I bought a home from DR Horton back in 2021. I have a two story home. I have reported it to DR Horton, recently as this would be a structural item. My whole upstairs floor boards under the carpet aren't attached. I can feel them moving. I hear them all the time. No one can be upstairs and they will pop and sound like someone is walking on them. Christy Bussey, our sales agent and Bobby our super intendent are both very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Bobby stopped what he was doing on other projects just to say hello and wave when I was in the area. Christy, was always prepared and very timely with any info. We had a great experience. As an agent, I work with many builders and I am so glad we bought a DR Horton home. I wish Christy worked for me.
