Great location, easy walk to the beach. Beautiful, large pool. Family friendly neighborhood.
Beware. You will get towed even if you are in a “spot”. Even if you are technically across the driveway. The towing company comes through and places a warning stickers on your car at 2:15am and then tows it away by dawn. $400 cash to get your car back if they answer. Their mailbox is “full”. Such a waste.
DO NOT USE VACASA FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR STAY AT A VACASA PROPERTY!!! They will destroy your house, not answer calls for maintenance. I have multiple homes with property managements companies.. they are THE WORST! Not to mention they will fraudulently charge you for owners cleans and maintenance and you will never be reimbursed! They will not give your your sign on bonus! In 3 months they have let over 25k in damage be done to our property!!!
