Very thorough and professional and educate you on how to be proactive. They do excellent work and treat you very nicely.
My hygienist did not provide the service. I have used this office for many years and was surprised by the change. She was busy with another person so I was told to either reschedule or use this new person. And, my bill was $253 for cleaning. None of the extra fees were disclosed to me at the time. I called the next day to get an itemized bill. I am not returning to this “business “.
Courteous staff, no wait, professional hygienist, definitely recommend. Excellent cleaning with no pain.
Had a crown fall off. Went to Smile Dental as a walk in New patient. Left in about an hour with the crown reattached. Very satisfied.
Doctor Hall and her staff is the best!! Dr Hall is the most knowledgeable dentist we have ever gone to abd she treats everyone with respect.
Started coming here last year (2016). Everything has been good. My only dislike is sometimes a long wait to be seen. Dr Hall is good and takes the time with me I need for sufficient numbing She is knowledgeable and.the whole staff is good and efficient, professional and friendly.
terrible experience, most painful X-rays I've had X-rays done once a year for the past 50 years. Condescending hygienist, etc.
Stay away from here. The office claims to have sent my x-rays and I still don't have them. Four phone calls later they told me to come pick them up even though they claim to have mailed and emailed them. Worse - the prices were DOUBLE what they should be for a crown. Major rip off. The "laser" dentistry is just a come on - they charge for "laser sterilization" which adds no value. I guess they have to pay for the "laser". Also refused to do a porcelain crown until I insisted - even so the prices are outrageous. Shop around. ... read more
