Despite 10 maintenance calls over a 2 month period, rental home still does not have heat. Filthy conditions when moving in. Addendum to your response: there is definitely no working heat. Our discussion involved you confirming that a space heater had been provided and that a part had been ordered and is expected to be installed next week. There is no central air or heat in this rental.
