If I could give this place a zero, I would. They only harass and discriminate against you once they find out you are a black family living there. I have pictures of neighbors' yards and trash can they say nothing about, but our house continuously gets fine for things we have no control over. My husband is military and often out of town. I live in GA, so I'm barely at our Texas home because of the harassment we received from HOA. I have called to get help, and no one returns my calls. Completely disappointed with current lady sales agent for CB JENI ALLEN VILLAGE OF TWIN CREEKS. She didn’t answer any of our questions properly, was not aware of any numbers for house prices and was rude to me and my family. She was also rude to other people who came to look at the model houses. Would ask us silly questions instead of answering to our questions. Worst customer service. We were disappointed by her every time we went there. Didn’t even wanted to book house with such a bad customer service by her.
Literally not impressed we went to look at the townhomes and the lady that was helping us on this location literally acted like we were bothering her she just pointed at maps and didn't bother showing us where the other models were we just ended up leaving the place without even looking at it. This tells me it will be a nightmare to build a home with people with such bad customer service being that I build my first house and I wasn't ready to be in another nightmare.
