If I could give this place negative stars I would. Rent at your own risk. When we viewed the property back in April we were told that the unit 119C would be a remodeled unit. Fast forward to the week before move in. Went to the property to see the unit and was told it was not ready as the old tenants still needed to move out. Sylvester the interim property manager said that there is a 7 day turn around for them to get the apartment ready. Red flag number 1. They don't communicate. I had no air conditioner for a month. My dryer vent is not working, so I have no dryer going on 4 months.
These apartments are affordable and a convent location to stores parks/dog park, library. Maintenance staff is amazing. Super busy but they make huge effort to fix anything reported. Every time I’ve needed repairs Zee is on it! His positive attitude is always a joy to work with. Recently my refrigerator started making a horrific noise but it still worked just fine. I mentioned the noise and he made sure I had a new fridge. Both Shon and Zee professional when entering your home and efficient. Really appreciate the maintenance... read more
Kiera here has been nothing short of amazing. She was able to resolve an ongoing issue with immaculate grace and patience. She made my move out process as easy as possible and helped take a lot off of my plate. I highly recommend her!
