Indigo 19 use to be AMAZING. But recently they have had a change in staff and it has become worse and worse by the day. They seem to have hired a bunch of pretty peppy generic women to run the office who all have the same high pitched fake voice. They don't seem to know how to run the building and have been making mistakes left and right. They are not very good to work with and always seem to have an attitude when talking to you :( I have been so disappointed in this! I specifically asked if my rent would increase once my contract was up (month-to-month) and they said no. It went up almost $200. They did nothing for the customer (me) to remedy the situation. Good luck if you are thinking of renting here. The office folks do not know the term "Customer Satisfaction"
Maintenance ignores you. Seriously. I snagged one that was walking by to come fix the dishwasher that I reported 2 weeks before that day. He looked, said he needed parts and said he'd be back. Three weeks later and still no word from maintenance about the dishwasher nor any of the other requests I filed. The property is old but the grounds are taken care of. It has to look nice in order to snare victims. Beyond that, welcome to Parktown hell when you sign the lease. Place starts falling apart like a lego castle.
We just wanted to express to Bella Springs our appreciation for providing us with such a wonderful place to live while we were building our new home. We were not sure how it was all going to unfold coming from a home into an apartment. We were pleasantly surprised!
Hi! I just wanted to post a quick note to say how nice it is to drive into the property especially after a long day at work. Everything is kept so well. Just wanted to say thank you to management for keeping it so well kept.
I would have to say Bella Springs is a nice, quiet place to live. Really nice staff and they seem to want to take care of any concerns. I like it here and will be renewing my lease with them.
Agree on everything previous poster wrote. They also have shared utilities, so we had to pay for Xmas lights til March 1. Lots of drunks at the pool openly drinking w glass. Drivers race through there. The amount of feces is insurmountable. In a year we never had our tile fixed, windows fixed which were coming out, a heater that constantly stalled out. Breaking a lease is 3 months rent plus concessions. Rent a house in the neighborhood for less dollars, noise, dog poop and trash.
The apartments are quiet, but the road maintenance is lacking. Also, there is not enough open parking. Plenty of covered parking if you want to pay the extra fee every month. If you get home late, there will not be any parking spaces left. They state "door-to door" trash pickup. What this really means is that you take your trash out and pile it up with all the other trash by the curb. On windy days, the trash is blown all over. Keep looking, poor management, apartments are not kept up, amenities rarely functioning, lack of enforcement of rules, dog feces everywhere, pets in pool, not a nice place
