Since day one, Nikole and the rest of the Bella Springs staff have taken optimal care of my husband and me. They found us an amazing unit that worked in our budget. I love that the community has multiple, easily accessible doggy waste bins and provides poop bags. The view of the sunrise/sunset over the mountains from the community is beautiful and it’s close by to many hiking trails and great food options. I do not recommend renting an apartment here. The management only shows model apartments in pristine condition, not the actual unit that you’re renting. So when your move in date arrives and you finally get to see your apartment, you find your apartment has a leaking kitchen faucet and the bathroom faucet doesn’t work at all. The door into the apartment as well as the door to the patio were more than a security issue not to mention the mold in the bathrooms, outlets hanging out of the wall and many cosmetic issues. They like to enter your apartment without abiding by the state law of giving 24 hours notice. I inquired with my neighbors who seemed oblivious to this law, which is probably how they have gotten away with it for so long. They also like to perform full on inspections calling them "preventative maintenance" checks. They not only break the law, but tell their residents they must sign compliance papers dated over two years back due to previous negligence on their end. I LOVE this place. I have never had one problem with the management team here or maintenance, when i put a request in to the maintenance team they are here same day or next day. we are going on our 3rd year here, underground parking is beyond amazing, trash service is awesome and how awesome is it to have elevators sure makes grocery shopping a Breeze when you dont have to hike up 4 sets of stairs. .. never had any issues the 3 years we have been here with snow removal, they are now adding more parking outside. sure who does... read more
Overall, I had a great experience with everything. The apartment manager and site staff helped me with my transition citing all available options and promotional information.
Nice apartments! They have done extensive remodeling. Grounds are kept clean. Pets are welcome! Nice place!
Home of my expectation. I enjoy my weekends in Community Playground, Relaxing Spa, shoping and do fun with friends and neighbours.
I love Meadowbrook Station. All the balcony face this huge interior court yard that is just amazing to look at every day. Not to mention the interior units are so nice and big, you have windows on the front and back of your apartment so you get this nice cool breeze going through. They management company is awesome they have a 24 hour turn around on repairs (Who does that any more??). I feel at home and plan on staying for some time. Avoid..... There's better out there. The location however isn't too bad, right off the freeway. In terms of safety, very questionable.. Cars have been broken into. Random wanderers do walk in and leave a stench. All in all, not worth the money at all. I won't be renewing my lease here.
