Excellent construction with great structural value. The houses come with warranty & any issues related to closets, doors, cabinets, windows etc are almost immediately resolved. Special call out for Derek Atkins, who is professional, pleasant & awesome with his work. Special thanks to Alex Stone (construction manager) for his awesome walkthrough of the house before we closed on it. Have been living here for almost an year with no issues!
We visited in late October. Closed escrow in November. Jeff K, Sales manager at the time, and Alex S, Field Manager, were awesome. Day one we walked in the door, Jeff gave us an on the spot walkthrough of a Galileo model on Elderbrook....and with a few strokes of a digital pen, the process of it becoming ours had begun. The home has LOTS of storage areas, including a linen closet in the downstairs bathroom I had completely missed on walkthrough as the door is hidden by the main bathroom door when open.
