My daughter's place. Very nice apartment. Nice outdoor deck. Nice pool. Only negative is the high rent that's gone up steadily since she's been there.
Best looking Apartments in Ocean County! Very well kept! The grounds are beautiful especially when all the flowers are planted for the summer!! Peaceful place!! Brittanie is the best!! She’s super duper at her job and goes above and beyond to help you in any way she can!! Maintenance John and Patrick are always right there when you need them and do everything they can to resolve any maintenance issues you may have!!! 😊
10 years ago when I moved in and Alisa and Ike ran this complex it was top notch, when Brittanie took over she let it all go, dogs, trash, everything. Maintenance turn overs are constant and it’s probably because they don’t fix anything they bandaid it and cover up mold issues and leaky windows with paint or make comments about buying your own windows if you have a problem with it, clogged sinks and tubs, If you want to live in a dog park and dodge dog poop like land mines and have garbage and recyclables overflowing and fly... read more
