Have lived here for awhile had no complaints. Until this year. Not one single person in HOA or management is helpful. Had someone come out because a neighbor was having a leak supposedly. We haven’t had hot water since they came to check the pipes. And the neighbors had a plumber come out. They remove number parking spaces that is apart of HOA fee that is overpriced for them doing absolutely nothing any time you reach out.

Use to be condo association use to take care of maintenance outside I was responsible for the inside Now you ask for maintenance you get the runaround.....you get we don't do that it's part of windows your responsible Or the trim around the door is part of the door your responsible.......when the association knows it's not.
