We purchased our home here. Honestly, it’s a beautiful home. It’s not perfect, but Richmond American Homes have done an excellent job to make sure things worked. And their prefer landers are very quick at getting things done, but we as buyers have to do our part and be proactive on getting things submitted. We love our home, and love every aspect of this house!

Honestly a pretty terrible experience. Were very excited to look for a home, found one and tried to go through their preferred lender. Completed everything and got completely ghosted by them. And this went on for months and we were missing out on other opportunities left and right. Would not answer our phone calls or emails. The salesperson continues to say that they were going to contact us and what not. They honestly were pretty incompetent as well. After all of that we went with DR Horton.
