My husband and I came by this quaint little hotel in the heart of downtown Watkins glen when we were searching for a place to stay for the NASCAR series. The room was very clean, the service was beyond friendly and welcoming, and the location was everything we needed for the perfect “first weekend away without kids”- we parked the car and were able to walk to virtually everything! Perfect location! Right in the village.. you can walk to everything.. excellent service!
I would not recommend, manager was extremely rude and because we used a booking website they openly admitted they didn’t care to help us. Extremely disappointed
I’ve stayed here several times over the last few years. The location is amazing but it’s expensive for what you get. They didn’t even stock up our toilet paper this last time, so we ran out in the middle of the night. They don’t have their office open 24/7 so there wasn’t a way to call or ask for help. The furniture is outdated as well. I feel like next time I’ll find another place to stay.
