I have very bad experience with this MLTC program. I am seeking a PPL authorization but I have to call back many times just to ensure they receive my emails. After that I have to call back and forth to find out if the authorization completed. After more than a week, they still saying it is pending. It is a pain to speak to them. The guys says you’d MCO is not completed that is why the authorization still pending. If I could give zero stars I would. This insurance has been nothing but a headache for my mother since she signed up for it. The latest issue is she signed up for VillageCare Max to automatically deduct her premiums from her bank account and for the past two months they have double billed her. Then when she goes to call them to report it it’s a big story to get this issue taken care of. If you want to deal with incompetence by all means sign up for this insurance, otherwise, stay away!
This company has failed which has resulted in my Blind and bed bound father to lose his Medicaide benefits!!!!!!!!!
I had a very bad experience with this company. The service was not professional and the problem was not resolved. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
I wish I could give no starts but I HAD to write a review Its a MUST..so my mother WAS with this insurance and an aide they hired had robbed my mother in her own home for her keys her money n her food stamps thank the Lord i wasn't there I would be in jail..anywhooo they have no refunded my mom nor helped in anyway they even protected the girls information and wouldn't give her name .my mom did t press charges so she is lucky..anyway now my mom is with place because the one was ANGEL something that robbed her and wasn't goin... read more
