Was wrongfully treated poorly by the manger here and the elder lady, Was talking to me like I was s****d. I called to put down a deposit for a 3 bedroom which would look like the one on the website. She told me that not all the units have stainless appliances in the kitchen and that they are not all painted the same. NO W/D inside the unit. They only have coin operated laundry on site. I have been harrased in coin operated laundry facilities by people on site at other apartments in Fort smith and it's unsafe. They also charge a $16 application fee for each Applicant.
