I have been coming on and off for years. Never had a bad experience until now. I booked this appointment three months in advance and one week before my big trip The massage went nicely. Then I get a call half hour before my nails appointment. I found it odd that the reception didn’t even know I was already here They said the esthetician has an emergency and cancelled but I can wait almost two hours for someone else I understand there are emergencies. Vivian is an outstanding acupuncturist. She listens carefully, makes you feel completely at ease, and customizes each treatment with real skill. I’ve had great results with less pain and better sleep. I highly recommend her!
