Update 7-25-25 For my health and mental I’m moving out. Thank you God. For anyone thinking about moving here, please read the reviews and don’t do it to yourself. Every single review has been true to the manager, rats, no ac, mold, water leaks, trash problems, and the list goes on! Today is 6-27-25 and I JUST left the office at 3pm est. no one was in the office and the office “closes” at 5pm est M-F! I have been WITHOUT air for two weeks now. I have contacted the office multiple times over the Span of 2 weeks about my ac being out leaving multiple voicemails and have received no calls back. It took a week of my apartment being unlivable for a ac unit to be put in my window which has jacked up my power bill. I have tried to contact office to see when ac will be fixed or if a discount could be added to rent for the inconvenience and not being able to live in the apartment due to heat which has caused the place to have a moldy water smell
Quick to hound you about rent money but turn into ghosts when you ask for something to be fixed. Our roof has been leaking since March, and trust me they’ve know since March. Water falls from the ceiling 2 times a day for about an hour we have to dump water out of our apartment twice a day; SINCE MARCH. They’re just looking to make quick money off of people who can’t get into better apartments. Our apartment is inhabitable we have to scoop puddles of water out of the soft spots in our floor.
