Patient care is not a top priority. They did not return my phone calls and were often closed during regular business hours.
Do not go here, it's not worth the headache of being able to get a slice of pizza afterward. Even with insurance, they charged me, I assume because they receive more from a customer than get reimbursed from insurance. Insurance says the claimed it as an eye and not a contact lens exam. I tell the office that, they refund me, but don't refund the credit card fee they charge. I fight to get my prescription sent to me. Then I fight for the refund of the credit card fee. Stopped in to see the doctor on duty at Village Vision while shopping at Costco. I had a concern about a possible contact left in my eye. Dr. Nguyen was on duty & had a little time between appointments. I've been a patient at Village Vision for years. I asked if she could take a quick courtesy peek at my eye to see if a contact somehow was lodged? Yes, she could for an office charge of $55. Really? My family and I will be getting eye exams elsewhere. Very disappointed.😔

After 8 years of trying to build a patient history with what I hoped was a responsible professional vetted by Costco…I must report that these people are rude and unprofessional and will waste your time with no remorse or flexibility. Dr Holtz and her receptionist both looked hung over, did not answer the office phone, and treated me like crap when I showed up a few minutes late (after leaving a message that I hit traffic due to an accident).
