Came in on emergency visit- dog bleeding profusely and we told front desk lady this and she continued like it was a regular visit- she tells us to weigh the dog while the dog was in shock/pain and bleeding. We were shocked because it was an emergency! And of course we did it with the dog crying and bleeding but believe that was ridiculous. Very satisfied with vet- very disappointed in front desk in an emergency situation.
