From the Doctors to the techs to Ted the greeter cat, we love this place. My dog is given the greatest care and everything is explained to my satisfaction. I have been a client for many years and many pets and would happily recommend!
Trustworthy and warm staff that will make you and your pet feel well cared for , especially with how communicative they are.
Zero care here ..to them it's just a paycheck. Sent me on my way with a good luck and no info help. Went to Findlay creek who were just as booked and busy. They told me exactly what was happening and stayed late to help my little guy. The service I would have expected here locally. Sad to see the decline Russell s warmth
