Goffstown NH Music Gem This is a blues lover's best kept secret. It rivals music venues anywhere. You never know which wonderful musicians you'll hear at the Sunday afternoon jams, especially when there's a special event such as the birthday party for the band manager "Slutty Pete" on Sunday, Sept. 26th. Worth the trip, even if it's out of your way This place is a gem! The food is fantastic, excellent quality, and the service is top notch. We stopped on Friday night on our way to Maine, had supper and could have even had breakfast. It was so good we came home from Maine the same way and stopped again yesterday (Sunday). Blues jam was in full swing, great food and service again. We go out of our way to stop here. It's worth it. Not many places this good around anymore.
The Village Trestle Best breakfast anywhere, and the best prices. Fresh, hand formed cheeseburgers with fixin's and chips for under $4. Clean, and smoke-free. Yes, this is a bar. So's Applebees and any other chain with a bar smack in the middle of the restaurant. Don't be turned off by the decor, stop, look at the art on the walls, all done by the talented owner.
